The upgraded version of Classic Scanner CRP129
The newly released LAUNCH scanner CRP129X, as an advanced version of CRP129, is equipped with the same four system diagnostic functions with:
1. A larger 5-inch screen;
2. Two more special services (TPMS service, throttle adjustment);
3. AutoVIN technology;
4. Automatic inspection report

Four system diagnostics
1. For engine system
The diagnostic tool can help detect the engine ignition, fuel injection, air and fuel ratio and exhaust emission conditions in the engine system to improve vehicle performance, save energy and reduce exhaust emissions.

2. For transmission:
It is very useful in safe driving when your car is slipping or difficult to shift gears. This diagnostic scanner can find out the problems by reading codes in the transmission system or checking the health status through the live data display.

3. For ABS system:
Diagnosing an ABS problem should always start with a visual inspection of all the brake components. Next, you need to get the ABS codes to determine where the problem lies. This scanner will do this for you.

4. For SRS system:
The safety restraint system SRS consists of impact sensors, a control module and the airbags themselves. This diagnostic device can detect every electronic parameter to check its health status.

Five Most Commonly Used Services
1. Oil Reset:
It is also equipped with an oil service and lamp reset mechanism, a feature that ensures that the vehicle engine is maintained in its rightful, healthy self.

2. SAS Reset:
It helps to clear the faulty memories of the steering angle sensor and plays an important role in calibrating the steering angle sensor.

3. EPB Service:
Reset the brake pad after the repairs to the electronic parking brake system are completed. Therefore, using this system makes the braking process much easier and simpler.

4. TPMS Service:
Scans the tire sensor IDs from the vehicle's ECU and performs TPMS programming and resetting operations after replacing the tire sensors.

5. Throttle Adjustment:
Initialize the throttle actuators to the standard state to precisely regulate the throttle (or idle motor) operation.

All Modes of OBDII Functions for Repair Work
This scanner supports all 10 test modes for OBD-II vehicles, which is great for daily repair work. The following table describes the purpose of each mode of operation:
01 - Request current powertrain diagnostic data
02 - Request powertrain freeze frame data
03 - Request emissions-related diagnostic trouble codes
04 - Clear/reset emissions-related diagnostic information
05 - Request oxygen sensor monitoring test results
06 - Request on-board monitoring test results for specific monitored systems
07 - Request emissions-related diagnostic trouble codes detected during the current or last completed drive cycle
08 - Request on-board system test or component control
